We’re heading to Akarenga (the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building) on Wednesday, February 4th!

You can find us outside from noon with Dokodemo Yukichan (mascot for the inauguration of the Hokkaido Shinkansen bullet train line) so come and say hello!

Guests can take pictures with the Happy Ningels and Dokodemo Yukichan and even take home stickers, too!
